For our trousers, we only want the best. That's why we use fabrics branded Caccioppoli, a Neapolitan brand of fine and high-quality fabrics with roots dating back to the early 20th century. The passion for quality has made the company an international reference point for sartorial fabrics, distributed worldwide.
How can I determine my correct size?
We have created a specific guide to accurately take the measurements we need. Armed with your favorite trousers, a measuring tape, and follow the tutorial.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We understand how important your satisfaction is, which is why we take care of each garment with the utmost attention and precision. However, once a pair of trousers is completed, changes cannot be made since each piece is tailor-made and handcrafted, not mass-produced. Our "bespoke" service is perfect for you! It offers the possibility to customize your trousers according to your physique, needs, and personal preferences.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We do our best to fulfill requests as quickly as possible. Timelines may vary depending on many factors, typically ranging from 1 to 2 weeks for the "Remake" service, while for the "bespoke" service, it may take from 1 to 3 weeks.
What are the available shipping options and their respective costs?
We take care of the shipping, all you need to do is provide us with the necessary details for delivery directly to your home.
What are the care and maintenance instructions for tailored trousers?
We generally advise our customers to dry clean our trousers, as machine washing could irreparably damage the hand-stitched seams and, most importantly, the fabrics. For ironing, we recommend using an anti-shine cloth attached to your iron to prevent any marks. Alternatively, you can use a cotton cloth to protect the fabric before ironing.

What are your accepted payment options?
We are a small business, therefore, at the moment, we only accept payments via bank transfer after the invoice has been issued.
Can I get information about the production process of your tailored trousers?
Our trousers are created from scratch, hand-drawn one by one according to your measurements. There are no pre-made patterns; we create a personalized one for each of our clients. We also hand-draw and cut the internal linings for pockets and the canvas for the belt. Our trousers are handcrafted both internally and externally.

What are your policies regarding customer privacy and data security?
The data you provide will be used solely to recreate your personalized model and for shipping. We pay the utmost attention to your privacy.
What is the difference between the "Remake" section and the "bespoke" section?
The "Remake" option gives you the chance to recreate your favorite trousers. You will be guided by a tutorial on how to take measurements on the trousers. Then you will be directed back to our page where you will enter the specifications and measurements of the trousers, which you will subsequently send to us. With this service, you will receive a replica of your favorite trousers directly at home, but made with the quality standards of our artisan tailoring. The "bespoke" option is the most classic experience of our artisan tailoring. By choosing this option, we will set an appointment. Together, we will choose the fabrics, take your body measurements, and assess the style of your trousers. Then we will have an initial fitting to evaluate any changes or adjustments. Once the work is finished, we will meet one last time to review the finished trousers together and deliver them. Alternatively, we can ship them directly to your home.
When can I avail of the free trial?
The free trial is exclusive to the "bespoke" service. After our first meeting, we will create a trial pair of trousers for you using an alternative fabric. After the trial, you are free to decide whether to proceed or not.
Can I request the "bespoke" service to be provided at home?
Absolutely! We are delighted to offer our personalized service at your home, even outside of Italy. However, it's important to note that for national and especially international travels, it's necessary to pay in advance for the service to cover the travel and accommodation costs. This ensures that we can provide you with the same level of attention and quality that we offer in our tailoring shop.
